The benefits of practicing sports allow people improve their quality of life. People take consciousness about their stamina and their physical restriction, getting a balance that influence directly in their well-being.

First of all, practicing sports strengthens the personality. According to the Primary Health Care Project, “These kinds of activities contribute the development of the self-confidence, the ability to work in a team and the establishment of social standards”(“Sports and Health”).

Another important characteristic of the benefits of practicing sports is the development of a sense of responsibility. According to Jonas Hans, “It [practicing sports] allows us to meditate the consequence of our acts and to take better decisions about ourselves and others” (“Responsibility”). In addition, the sports fanatics learn the importance of respecting rules. Rules are necessary not only to manage our actions, but also others can understand what we doing.

Finally, practicing sports can change the physical appearance. Short periods of daily routines allow you to increase the muscular fibers in legs and arms; allowing you to have a good figure. In brief, sports contribute to have a better quality of life. People will have a positive relation with their bodies.

Thus, strengthen the personality, develop a sense of responsibility and change the physical appearance care some few benefits of practicing sports.
